Interiors
Modern Venice Homes interiors are tailored to exude the signature Venice lifestyle; where the boundary between outdoor and indoor barely exists, and where informal elegance reigns supreme. We partnered with renowned interior design studio Joan Behnke & Associates known for their trademark style where adventure mingles with restraint, formality with whimsy, and high art with handicraft. An unprecedented amount of attention was paid to the details.
Architecture
Good architecture elevates and inspires the human soul, which is why Modern Venice Houses is partnered with Abramson Architects for our first three projects. Known for elevating ordinary spaces into places of pride, Abramson Architects strikes a balance between pragmatism and spontaneity. Each home tells a different story, uses a different palette of materials, and as a result, fit seamlessly into the Venice walk street vernacular.
Joan Behnke & Associates
Appropriately dubbed “The Billionaire Whisperer” by Forbes Magazine, interior designer Joan Behnke & Associates has created spaces for Saudi Arabia’s royal family, Tom Brady, Sylvester Stallone, and more. Her eponymous studio is known for their signature style which mingles adventure with restraint. And virtually every piece they curate is unique.
Abramson Architects
Abramson Architects was selected as the design partner based on their ability to remain inventive and progressive, even while preserving a century-old structure. In over 20 years designing “California Modern” homes, some of their most buzz-worthy projects include a Venice townhome purchased by Emilia Clarke and “Jay and Gloria’s” home from the ABC Series “Modern Family.”
